Panay Artsy Cafe: A Cafe for a Pastel Lover

Panay Artsy Cafe is true to its name—panay artsy. But good things is there’s more to just being artsy. There’s panay masarap na pagkain too, no pun intended.

Directions

Ride any Baclaran–SM Fairview bus via Quezon Avenue going toward Baclaran. Go down at Fisher Mall and ask people around directions for Panay Avenue. Walk the street and look for Panay Kain, Tulog, atbp.

Food

We were very satisfied with the food. We ordered tinapa pasta (Php 250.00), cafe latte (Php 100.00), and sizzling T-bone steak (Php 295.00), with a 9/10, 8/10, and 10/10 rating, respectively. I will definitely try their pasta and chocolate smoothie, maybe in another branch.

While they serve fast, I wasn’t satisfied with how they served. The staff seemed disgruntled with something.

Place

Inside

Panay Artsy Cafe is one of the many branches of Artsy Cafe, and it didn’t disappoint. The ceilings were decorated with fake grass and lovely flower chandeliers. The tables and chairs were uniquely designed; three table stands even resembled the Eiffel Tower. Cute ornaments and figurines filled the shelves, and an elegant large mirror glamorized the whole place.

Outside

However, they didn’t have electric outlets and WiFi. So if you’re looking for a place to work, I suggest that you look for other cafes. Other than that, I recommend Panay Artsy Cafe as a good place to eat.
