Confessions of an Ugly Cygnet

No matter what clothes I wear, I will always be an ugly cygnet. Once I bought a lacy black dress partnered with designed stockings. “You look beautiful,” he said. But when I looked at the mirror, I just saw a fat and ugly cygnet.

No matter what accessories I put around my neck and arms, I will always be an ugly cygnet. Once I bought an owl necklace and a ribbon ring. “You look cute,” he said. But when I looked at the mirror, I just saw a fat and ugly cygnet.

No matter what make-up I put onto my face, I will always be an ugly cygnet. Once I bought a set. “You look cute,” he said. But when I looked at the mirror, I just saw a fat and ugly cygnet.

No matter how much I try, I guess it won’t matter.

No matter how many times he tells me that I look beautiful, I guess it won’t matter.

I am always here to degrade myself.

I will always be an ugly cygnet.
